Why Jaipur
Training happens in Jaipur because that is where we can watch people work: on time, in kit, under instruction. We look for people who already understand order — including ex-army cadets — and we train them for paid work.
The four trades sit together: guards, electricians, mechanics, and plant operators. A UAE supervisor should meet someone who has already been told how a shift is held.
An introducer, on purpose
We source, screen, train, and present. The UAE client interviews, hires, and sponsors. That split is the product.
We charge employers. Candidates are not a fee source. Profiles submitted on this site go into our private pool. There is no public job board.
Where we stand today
We are early. We have not claimed a UAE office, a UAE company registration, a MOHRE recruitment licence, or a SIRA security licence — because we do not have them. We do not issue visas.
That is a constraint, not a loophole. Until those permissions exist where they are required, we stay in the introducer lane: India preparation, UAE employer decision.
